Frances (Fanny) Leftwich

Fanny Leftwich was born in 1738 and was the eldest daughter of Augustine Leftwich, Sr.  In 1758, she married William Merriman Carter of Lancaster County, VA in Bedford County, VA.  The entire family migrated to Davison County, Tennessee.
